This patient was wearing a removable partial denture to replace a missing front tooth and wanted a more permanent solution than using a partial denture. She also wanted to straighten and change the shape and position of her teeth without going thru orthodontic treatment. We replaced her partial denture with a permanent Zirconia Fixed Bridge that she didn't have to take out at night. We were able to straighten and change the shape and position of her upper front teeth by placing Porcelain and Zirconia Crowns.
